Product overview
K11 universal type is an organic liquid material composed of polymer emulsions such as polyacrylate emulsion, vinyl acetate-vinyl copolymer emulsion and various high-quality additives, which can be selected according to the construction needs of cement, quartz sand, light and heavy calcium carbonate, etc. according to the ratio of slurry and powder according to 1:1 (if quartz sand is selected, the powder ratio is increased, and the waterproof film flexibility type will be correspondingly reduced). The total content of quartz sand in the powder should not exceed 40%) is a two-component water-based building waterproof coating.

Base surface treatment
The base surface must be smooth, solid, clean, free of oil, release agent, floating dust and other pine animals

For large holes and cracks should be repaired with plugging king or repair mortar


Reference dosage
The dosage is about 2.0kg/m²(the actual dosage depends on the actual situation of the base and the required waterproof layer thickness)




Matters needing attention
Please in the temperature of 8 to 35 ℃, the relative humidity is not greater than 85% of the conditions of construction, otherwise can not achieve the ideal penetration film effect


Construction technology
1. Base surface treatment (must be smooth, solid, clean, no oil, no empty drum)
2. Wet the base surface (the base surface must be fully wet, but there can be no open water and water)
3. Stir (pulp and powder mix and stir until no powder is left for a few minutes and then stir again)
4. Paint the first waterproof layer (brushing force should be uniform, thickness is the same, remember to evenly not miss the coating)
5. Paint the second waterproof layer (after the first layer of surface dry into a cross coating, must be uniform without leakage)
6. Strengthen the corner and the pipeline periphery (the construction of the corner and the pipeline periphery should be careful and strengthened)
7. Sprinkler maintenance (3 days wetting maintenance, no water)
8. Closed water test (24-48 hours closed water test for concave surfaces and pools)
9. Drainage protection (the next process will be carried out 8 hours after the drainage and maintenance of the concave water)


Storage method
This product should be stored in a cool ventilated dry place, suitable storage temperature 5-35 ℃


Shelf life
Original sealed products in a dry and cool environment (temperature 5 ℃ to 35 ℃, relative humidity is not more than 85%), shelf life of one year
