Product introduction

Construction technology
● Equipped with special sealing primer and water-based polyurethane finish, it is recommended to use our company's series products from bottom to surface, and our company's spray gun should be used for construction.
● Before formal spraying, experimental spraying should be carried out according to different coating decorative effects to confirm the pressure and spray gun caliber. If it is considered that the paint viscosity is too large, there is a special stone paint auxiliary dilution to ensure uniform spraying. Gun pressure, caliber and paint viscosity will affect the actual effect
● Special finishing oil must be applied after the medium coating is thoroughly dried, otherwise it will affect the film forming performance of the finishing paint and the overall construction effect. It is recommended to spray the finishing oil for construction.




Construction precautions
· Roman Columns, Windows, molding lines, using external wall two-component putty powder.
· Two layers of imitation stone paint primer shall be applied. The special sealing paint for imitation stone paint shall not be misapplied. If the imitation stone paint primer is applied by spraying, it shall be sprayed evenly and the water amount added shall be consistent.
· Grid line description: According to the wall height and width design specifications, reasonable grid lines. After dividing lines on water-based black paint, and then paste special tape.
· Spray gun should be used in the construction of imitation stone paint. It is recommended to spray small samples before construction, and then spray large areas and remove the tape immediately after spraying.
· If the rough surface effect is constructed, a granite relief bone slurry should be sprayed.
· Please strictly follow the standard construction of the product series.
· Temperature is not lower than 8°C, relative humidity is not higher than 85%, rain, snow, high temperature weather should not be applied.
· Storage environment shall not be lower than 5°C, higher than 40°C, should be kept in a cool place.
